School District 21 Trash Walk

District 21 5th graders are giving back! For their persuasive project, they are organizing a trash walk, and taking advantage of saving our Earth!  Their motto is “The Earth is the only home we have. If we don’t save the Earth, who will?” The Earth is doing enough by providing us a home; so, it’s only fair we help the Earth by cleaning up trash, planting trees, keeping our oceans clean, and helping the bunnies clean their room. If you want to support them, you can join them on their trash walk on May 26 at 4:30 pm at Willow Stream Park.  After the trash walk there will be a Kona Ice truck there.  Please note: You will have to purchase your own Kona Ice.
